Shipping policy
* Pirez provide free delivery for all orders over $49 to all States and Territories throughout Australia for all our available products (excluding bikes and some larger products).
Due to the size and weight of bikes and some larger packages, we charge a small fee which is a portion of the actual shipping cost.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation, this excludes weekends and public holidays.
All orders dispatched from Pirez are double checked and cross referenced with a packing slip when packaged to ensure the contents is correct. The verified packing slip is dispatched with the package.
Customers will be notified by phone or email if there is an expected delay in delivery or change to the expected delivery date due to unforeseen circumstances.
All customers will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number once their order has been dispatched. Pirez have no control over any delays by our delivery services once the goods have left our premises.

In addition, we also offer Express Delivery in Australia for all products at an additional cost to the customer. This faster delivery service can be selected prior to goods being dispatched by contacting our service delivery team. A quote and estimated delivery time can be provided before you confirm this delivery option.
International Shipping
International Shipping can also be provided at an additional cost, excluding the shipment of e-bikes and batteries via air freight, as Lithium Ion batteries are classified as hazardous goods.
Current international delivery times, such as United Kingdom (England, Ireland, Scotland) are 7 days

Collection of purchased products is available in person from the Pirez Showroom & Warehouse at:

Logistics Partners
Pirez will utilise third party logistic services to deliver our parts and products.
Although Pirez will maintain a duty of care for our valued customers, once a third party has taken possession of products, we can no longer assume responsibility for processes and circumstances beyond our control.
Once a courier service takes possession of a package for delivery, Pirez are no longer responsible for that package.
If you would like to request for a ‘customer signature required’ for delivery confirmation, you must advise Pirez at the time of purchase or before the item is dispatched.
Undelivered or damaged packages
Although Pirez use trusted logistics partners, there are rare cases whereby goods may be lost or damaged in transit.
If you have not received your goods within the expected time of arrival, refer to the couriers’ website and enter the tracking number to determine the status.
The allocated courier service and tracking number was provided in your email confirmation.
If you have any further concerns regarding your order, contact the Pirez Sales team.
If the courier company advises that an item is lost or if an item is damaged, you the customer will need to lodge a claim through them.
You should also advise us that a claim has been lodged. The staff at Pirez will be more than willing to help with your claim.
Under some circumstances Pirez may provide a replacement order before a claim is finalised. This decision will be made at the discretion of Pirez.
Stolen packages
Not all deliveries will require a signature to confirm receipt of a delivery.
If a courier confirms that a package was delivered, but goods are stolen from the front of the customers property or if goods are reported as not received when the courier has proof of delivery, Pirez will not be held liable.
