Delivery and Returns

*Pirez Warranty*

Pirez Electric Bikes has a 12 month warranty on all purchases within reason.
Products will be covered for any faults.
We will happily replace, repair or refund for items deemed faulty.
Pirez will cover the costs of any return shipping incurred from a faulty
product.
Warranty excludes consumer error, water damage and general wear and tear.

The following consumable items are not covered under warranty:
Chains
Rear Cassette
Tyres
Inner Tubes
Wheels
Handlebar Grips

*Returns*

Pirez Electric Bikes offers our customers to return a product if you're
unhappy with your purchase or product does not suit your requirements.
As long as the product is returned in it’s original condition, unused and
sealed, we can offer a refund or exchange, minus any postage fees incurred.
Returns must be lodged within 30 days of purchase date.

*Delivery*

We will endevour to dispatch all items within 24hrs of purchase during
business hours. This excludes weekends and public holidays.
All electric bikes are made to order, please allow approximately 48hrs for
us to build the bike, test it and organise delivery.
Pirez will not be held responsible for any delays on deliveries by couriers.
We *offer* free delivery on all items (except for electric bikes) purchased
Australia wide. Overseas purchases incur a delivery fee.

Due to the size of the complete electric bikes, delivery to a PO BOX isn’t
available.
